ISLARAE Vinyasa Yoga    

student since 1999, certified teacher since 2003  "I lead a challenging & playful practice, each pose flowing into the next.  Slow warm-ups tailored to the student's needs, followed by a well-rounded session, equally working breath, alignment, core strength & range of motion.  Cardio flow segments & challenging balance postures make the hatha practice complete.  Creative visual dialogue & guided meditation create a relaxed awareness.  A safe, well-integrated practice aligns body, mind & spirit, a bliss that resonates long after our session has ended.     ~si Rae
